Introduction
This agreement is between you and Mindfulness Support Service, who own and run the Mindfulness online resource centre. Mindfulness Support Service is a Community Interest Company, Limited by Guarantee, Company number 12070763, established in 2019. We provide these Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to start or continue following the MSS courses.

Please read this information carefully before using any of the practices on the website. The practices provided are for general health & wellbeing subjects. The Mindfulness practices are not intended and should not be construed as medical advice, nor is the information a substitute for professional medical expertise or treatment. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, it is recommended that you consult with your doctor or seek professional support to advise you on your suitability to take part in the practices.

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the MSS courses are owned by Mindfulness Support Service and you may only use them with our written consent.
Online Access
The course content should be used for your sole purpose and not to be shared. Doing so could result in your access being denied. MSS reserves the right to remove content at any point for any reason at their discretion.
Your Personal Information
You give your consent for us to store and process personal data and sensitive personal data about your participation with the online courses in accordance with our Privacy Policy Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are in addition to any other terms set out by MSS in governing access to the online platform. By accessing the online practices, you accept the terms & conditions. Should you breach any of the terms you access rights will be removed.
